The spirit of the Wilson Family is embodied in this premium olive oil made from olives picked in the groves on the Wilsons farm in Narromine NSW.

This mild buttery oil with a gentle pepper finish is just the juice from Hojiblanca and Picual fruit picked towards the end of our harvest window.

We love using this oil in the pan, or when baking, and in dishes where it can gently bring out the main flavours of the cooking without overstepping the mark.
